D. Vicente Pastor Antón, founder and leader of Don Sento Victoria Playa, began his construction activity in the late 70s in Elche and Santa Pola.

His entrepreneurial character, dedication and human qualities have made this business group nowadays a recognized builder in the Costa Blanca.

At the beginning, several buildings for local home buyers were built in the Elche area. The first sales office opened in Torrevieja sea front where the firm had begun several urbanizations.

Their common denominator was always being near the sea, with high quality standards and very well designed common areas. In the 90s, the group incorporated other family members of Don Vicente, providing even more dynamic and innovative character to the company.

Through the efforts of this family, Don Sento has achieved such success establishing itself as a developer of quality and seriousness.
