The City Council processes the construction of towers up to 29 floors thanks to two changes made more than 10 years ago in the urban plan

The City Council, governed with an absolute majority by PP, is processing the construction of 18 skyscrapers of up to 29 floors in various plots separated with the common denominator of sea views. The city with 85.000 inhabitants registered, that multiplies its population by four in the summer, will change its profile forever with the new residential towers of tourist apartments and hotel use. Right now there is hardly half a dozen buildings that exceed six stories in height.

The Club de Atletismo Santa Pola grants recognition to Don Sento for its sport sponsorship in the Mitja Marató (half marathon) of Santa Pola 2020.

The event took place on Friday, January 23rd in the Casa de la Cultura. The success of this edition deserves a congratulations to the organization. Don Sento donates a nine-seater vehicle to ATLAN

Don Sento donated a nine-seater vehicle to the Asociación de Niños y Jóvenes Autistas (ATLAN) (Association of Autistic Children and Young People) Santa Pola. The parents of the association contacted Don Sento saying their need to have a vehicle to displace the children on weekends and holidays to different outdoor activities. ATLAN aims to improve the quality of life of children with autism by supporting free time, favoring their social inclusion and creating breathing spaces for their families, in addition to forming both society and volunteering.

THE MINIMUM THRESHOLD IS RAISED TO 500.000 EUROS TO OBTAIN RESIDENCY

Por fin se han puesto de acuerdo para acordar un valor mínimo a partir del cual un extranjero puede adquirir un inmueble en España y automáticamente optar a la residencia express. Esta es una medida ya aprobada por el Ejecutivo, aunque con el Anteproyecto se eleva el umbral mínimo desde los 160.000 euros iniciales hasta el medio millón. Esta posibilidad se limita a la compra de inmuebles “libres de cargas”, por lo que la compra de viviendas sobre las que pese una hipoteca o embargo no servirán como cheque a la residencia.
