Why did you decide this zone?

After visiting different parts of the Peninsula, finally we choose to come to Santa Pola. We were fascinated by the peculiarity of this typical seaworthy village and your unsurpassable location. The historical and tourist places are closely together and you have the privilege of possessing the sea, the mountain, the golf courses and the zones of leisure and purchases to only a step!

For us it is the ideal place. Accustomed to the cold climate of our country, it is a luxury to be able to enjoy all the year round of your moderate and soft winters, of the Sun, of the beach and of the Mediterranean gastronomy.

What did make you choose for the urbanization Altos del Mar?

When we start looking for house in Spain, we decide that we would like to live in a typical spanish zone in which we were not coexisting only with foreigners. We were looking for tranquility, good location and the first qualities and we find them. All that assembles Altos del Mar. We us do not think it.

And now… speak to us about your house, what is what more you pleases her?

We have a few wonderful sights. From our terrace we can see the bay of Santa Pola and from the solarium we can contemplate a few relaxing puttings of the Sun in the mountains.

On the other hand, we are charmed with the spacious houses. Because of it, we buy two floors and join them, obtaining a housing of more than 125 square meters. It is an ideal house since we live comfortably and always we have space for our guests, they are charmed with coming! There remain astonished with spectacular conference of our housing and with the swimming pool and the gardens of the urbanization!

How has it been your relation with the Group Do

Since providing that you buy a new house, there are some things that you want to modify. We must say that we are delighted with Don Sento Group since it has answered to our demands with great speed and taking care to the maximum of the quality. We have friends who have bought themselves a house in Spain and a great complication has supposed them since, when the floor was sold, the contractor disappeared without taking responsibility of the final details. Nevertheless, our case has been totally different. It has been a great luck found to Don Sento Group.

Jesus was born in Valladolid but three years ago discovered the captivation of the Mediterranean and decided to establish on Orihuela's coast. The tranquility, the sea and the breeze captivated him. Now he lives in a wonderful bungalow of the urbanization Campoamor.

He assures that his life has improved notably: he lives relaxed in a magnificent natural place and has adapted his house to his tastes and needs.

We come on eleven o'clock in the morning. Jesus, an affable and extrovert man opens us the doors of his house his experience to count to us.

What is what more you pleases your home?

My bungalow fascinated me from the first moment that I it saw. I was charmed with the zone, near the people but, at the same time, in a privileged environment in which I can enjoy the zone of pines and the beach.

My house is very special. It is done to my measure. I like the diaphanous spaces, so I removed all the walls and now I have even more clarity and can see the sea and the zone of pines from all the rooms of my house.

In this zone, in addition, we are lucky of that good climate ago all the year round, so I am in the habit of having breakfast in the terrace sunbathing and listening to the singing of the birds. Almost one had forgotten me what one was feeling on having woken up with to peep of the birds!. It is an authentic marvel.

In the nights, also I have dinner in the terrace. I have a barbecue that has turned into the great attraction of my house. I am charmed with celebrating dinners with my friends: meat to the ember, a good wine and the best company. Undoubtedly, I have improved my quality of life.

How has it been your experience with Don Sento Victoria Beach?

Don Sento´s treatment has been excellent. I am so satisfied by his services that it is not the first house that I buy them! Always they have adapted to me. Due to a traffic accident I go in wheelchair and, Don Sento Victoria Beach has reformed free my bathroom in order that it could use it without difficulty . Always they have behaved themselves with me of marvel.

On the other hand, I have to aim that now I am retired but before I was working as technical engineer and I can assure you that Don Sento Victoria Beach is the promoter who possesses the best qualities of the zone of the coast . Good constructions and an unsurpassable service.
