DON SENTO GROUP: PLANNING HOMES SINCE 1979
Vicente Pastor Antón, founder of the Don Sento Group Victoria Playa, began his building business at the end of the 70s in Elche and Santa Pola. His go-ahead character, total dedication and humanity has made this business group one of today´s recognised builders and promotors on the Costa Blanca.
The firm´s first office opened in Torrevieja, where several buildings were under construction in the town centre. Following this, there was the development of various residences of which the constant features were being near the sea, high quality standards and extensive gardens. In the 90s, Don Vicente´s sons joined the group, bringing the dynamism and renovations which stay with them today.
In the last 25 years, this business group has opened offices in Santa Pola, Torrevieja, El Altet and Elche, with Sales Offices found on each building site and with an average of 300 homes a year built on the Alicante Costa Blanca.
In 2003, the group was awarded the AENOR quality certificate ISO 9001-2000, renewing it every year.
