AENOR QUALITY CERTIFICATES
Three of the firms in the Don Sento Group have AENOR quality certificates which have been renewed for the third consecutive year. The ISO 9001 stamp certifies the quality in promotion and management of house design for Victoria Playa Promociones y Urbanizaciones, S.L., Promociones Don Sento, S.L., and Urbablanca S.A.
THE ATECO QUALITY AWARD
Don Sento Group has been awarded the prize for "The best firm in quality and building innovation" by the Alicante Building Technicians Association ATECO. This award is highly prestigious as it is only awarded to those firms which have shown to introduce general quality management schemes at all levels of the firm.
MEMBER OF PROVIA
Provia is the Association of Real Estate Developers in the Alicante province which works to promote and improve the total quality of its associate members.
MEMBER OF FIABCI
FIABCI is the International Real State Federation that has the objective of leveraging the quality and improving the competition of the activities between the real state industry players.
AWARD FOR TOURISM AND DEVELOPMENT IN SANTA POLA
In recogniton of their work promoting tourism, in 1999, we were awarded the prize for the best firm in the III Competition for Tourism and Development Award in Santa Pola.
BUILDING QUALITY PROFILE
The O-zéano project is the only building in the Valencian Community elegible for the top distinction on building quality: Excelent.
The Consellería de Infraestructuras y Transportes (Valencian Counsel for Infrastructures and Transportation), in collaboration with the Instituto Valenciano de la Edificación (Valencian Institute for Building) has developed this rating procedure to evaluate the buildings' quality level. With this non-mandatory system one can set apart the quality of the buildings that reach a level of features beyond the required minimums.
